Lost or Stolen Credit & Debit Cards

Follow one of these steps if any of your CMCU
credit or debit cards are lost or stolen:

Report lost or stolen cards IMMEDIATELY by calling 888.330.8482

Login to your Internet Banking account and under Services on the left hand side:

  1. Click on Card ServicesClick on Deactivate A Card
  2. Select the Correct Card #, then click on Deactivate Card
  3. A message will pop up: “Are you sure you want to deactivate this card #?”
  4. Click OK. {A message will pop up: “Your card was captured/blocked successfully.”}

If you are concerned that you are at risk of identity theft:

Call one of the consumer credit reporting agencies to place a fraud alert on your credit report. You only need to contact one of the three companies to place an alert. The company you call is required to contact the other two, which will place an alert on their versions of your report, too. If you do not receive a confirmation, you should contact that company directly to place a fraud alert.

Call the Social Security Administration's Fraud Line at 1-800-269-0271, if anything with your Social Security number on it was taken.
