What kinds of transactions can I complete at a drive-up?
Most of your day-to-day transactions can be completed at your local branch's drive-up. For example, deposit cash or checks, make loan payments, withdraw cash, check balances, make account inquiries and more.
Which branches have a drive-up?
All of our CMCU locations have a drive-up window where you are able to complete your necessary transactions with a friendly teller.
How can I meet with someone at a branch?
Currently, our branch lobbies will remain closed to the general public. However, you can make an appointment to meet in a branch for new accounts, consumer loans, mortgage loans, business accounts and services, safe deposit box access, and financial advisors. Make an appointment: (888) 330-8482
Is my money safe?
CMCU continues to have very strong financials and your money is as safe & secure as always. All member deposits are federally insured by the NCUA up to $250,000.
How do I know that it's a fraud call I'm receiving?
CMCU will never ask for your personal information such as account numbers, debit card numbers, or pin numbers over the phone. If you ever feel uneasy about a phone call regarding your bank accounts, please hang up and call CMCU directly: (888) 330-8482.
