Lobbies Open!

Visit any of our branch locations beginning Monday, June 22nd, 2020, during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Saturday we will be available by drive-up or appointment.
When visiting in the lobby, please keep in mind the following:

  • Hand sanitizing stations are available for staff and members.
  • All areas of contact are regularly wiped down.
  • Floor decals are placed to indicate social distancing guidance.
  • Plexiglass is installed at teller lines and service stations.

Drive-Up

All branch drive-ups are available during regular business hours Monday through Saturday for transactions such as check/cash deposit, loan payments, cash withdrawal, account inquiries and more.

We recommend you call ahead to set up an appointment for certain services Monday through Friday. These services include new accounts, consumer loans, mortgage loans, business accounts and services, and financial advisors. This will ensure your wait time is minimal while you're in the lobby.

What can members expect to experience in lobbies?

As things are returning to normal, your lobby experience may be slightly different than you remember. For example, not all teller lines may be open due to social distancing guidelines which may extend wait times in lobbies. We've also implemented new processes, keeping community health in mind, including:

How can I meet with someone on Saturdays?

Currently, our branch lobbies will remain closed on Saturdays. However, you can make an appointment to meet in a branch for new accounts, consumer loans, mortgage loans, business accounts and services, and financial advisors.

Is my money safe?

CMCU continues to have very strong financials and your money is as safe & secure as always. All member deposits are federally insured by the NCUA up to $250,000.

How do I know that it's a fraud call I'm receiving?

CMCU will never ask for your personal information such as account numbers, debit card numbers, or pin numbers over the phone. If you ever feel uneasy about a phone call regarding your bank accounts, please hang up and call CMCU directly: (888) 330-8482.
