Lost or Stolen Credit & Debit Cards

Follow one of these steps if any of your Magnifi Financial credit or debit cards are lost or stolen:

Report lost or stolen cards IMMEDIATELY by calling (888) 330-8482
After Magnifi Financial business hours, call: (844) 201-8332

Log in to your Internet Banking account and under Services on the left hand side:

  1. Click on Card Services, then click on Deactivate A Card
  2. Select the Correct Card #, then click on Deactivate Card
  3. A message will pop up: “Are you sure you want to deactivate this card #?”
  4. Click OK. {A message will pop up: “Your card was captured/blocked successfully.”}

If you are concerned that you are at risk of identity theft:

Call one of the consumer credit reporting agencies to place a fraud alert on your credit report. You only need to contact one of the three companies to place an alert. The company you call is required to contact the other two, which will place an alert on their versions of your report, too. If you do not receive a confirmation, you should contact that company directly to place a fraud alert.

Call the Social Security Administration's Fraud Line at 1-800-269-0271, if anything with your Social Security number on it was taken.

If you suspect any fraudulent activity on your cards, contact: (844) 201-8332

  1. Contact the Merchant
    Most billing errors can be resolved by contacting the merchant directly. If you're able to find resolution, continue to step two and speak with a Visa Dispute Expert.
  2. File Your Dispute with Visa
    Call 844-201-8332 to speak with a Visa Dispute Expert and make note of your dispute case number.
  3. Additional Dispute Communication
    Visa may send you a letter or request additional information. Be sure to read and respond promptly to ensure your dispute case progresses.
